HOW TO REGISTER

 

  1. Complete the Registration Form via download or online.
  2. Have your parent/guardian enclose a cheque for the $50 pre-registration fee, or the full fee and sign the Health Declaration Form. Make cheques payable to: Dauphin Bible Camp
  3. NOTE: (a) No post dated cheques (b) No phone registration (c) Total balance due on registration day.
  4. Mail form and cheques to: Dauphin Bible Camp, Box 686, Dauphin, MB R7N 3B3
  5. The pre-registration fee is non-refundable. Other fee(s) paid will be refunded provided notification of cancellation is received 2 wks before the camp week begins. Otherwise a gift certificate for DBC will be issued for the refund amount
  6. Official receipts will be issued.
  7. Transportation to and from camp This is the responsibility of the camper’s parent or guardians. Please make all arrangements well in advance of camp dates.
  8. No PST is due on fees.
  9. GST is included in the registration fee.
  10. All campers are limited to one week of camp at Dauphin Bible Camp per year, unless space permits otherwise.
  11. All personal information in registration is kept confidential.

All camps begin and end on the dates specified in the camps page.

The general times apply to most camps, but please check with the camp for your pick-up/drop-off time for your camp.

  • Arrival Time: after 3 and before 5pm on the day your camp starts.
  • Departure Time: 6pm on last camp day.   Parents are welcome to attend the final chapel service at 5pm and a hot dog roast at 6pm.

Once you have been accepted into a camp we will send out a detailed acceptance letter explaining which camp and what you may bring.

    TO BRING OR NOT TO BRING PDF  | Print |  E-mail

    Do Bring:  Bibles, notebook, pencil, flashlight, towels, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb/brush, pajamas, bug spray, sunscreen, warm bedding (sleeping bag), pillow, swimsuit (no bikinis), enough clothes to last all week (and the kind that can get dirty!), long pants (jeans), and healed footwear if you are taking horsemanship.  Please mark your name on all your belongings!  We cannot guarantee the return of lost items.

    Please don’t bring: electronics (mp3 players, cell phones, palm pilots, video games, etc), comic books, playing cards, knives, weapons, clothes with offensive/graphic wording or graphics, clothing that is not considered camp appropriate (short shorts/skirts, revealing tank tops, clothes that are ripped in inappropriate areas).

    Please note: the use of tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, or drugs is prohibited! We reserve the right to dismiss any camper whose dress and/or conduct is in violation of any camp policy.

     


    Bring a Friend Program!

    WANT TO SAVE MONEY? Simply bring a friend to camp who has never been here before. For each friend that registers you will receive $10.00 off your registration cost. Bring 20 friends and come to camp for FREE! Simply follow these steps: (1) Find friends that have not been to DBC before (2) Attach a list of them to your registration form (3) Put your registration form with your list and all of their registration forms into the same envelope and mail them in together.
