Our CLT program is a three week course for people ages 15+ who are interested in Cabin Leading or Volunteering at Dauphin Bible Camp. It is designed to teach the practical aspects of leading a cabin in a Christian camp setting. It also has a strong spiritual aspect with a focus on the participant\'s relationship with God! Graduates from this program are given the opportunity to volunteer at DBC and provided references for use in applying for positions at other camps. 2010 spots are filling up fast as we only have one camp July 4-23.

• Week 1 concentrates on book, group, and team learning.
• Week 2 allows participants to put their learning into practice as they become a third cabin leader in a cabin.
• Week 3 broadens their understanding of camp, and all that happens outside the cabin, as they participate in a support role.
